We charge our standard live fish delivery of £30. Prices may increase for larger or bulkier orders that require special packing or delivery on especially hot or cold days. If in doubt, please phone us for a detailed quote.

We accept payments through the PayPal gateway which accepts all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We can also take card payments over the phone and in special cases accept cash on delivery.

We pack and courier all live goods for next day delivery. Dry goods can be sent in a variety of ways, explained in the shop.

The shop will be secured with an SSL encryption certificate. Check the green padlock icon and look for https:// in the address bar to guarantee your security. We do not give your details to anyone else.

We will process and package the goods as necessary. Some fish have a waiting time to pass through quarantine, or receive treatment, but all orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible. You will be notified by email when your order status changes.

You can track all of your orders and print invoices through your account page.

If you would like us to keep a fish or item for you then please ring to arrange. Please note that stock added to the shopping basket will only be reserved for purchase for 1 hour before it is released to be purchased by someone else.
